Performance Support Portal (PSP-RKS)

Performance support is a critical addition to any successful knowledge transfer program. Not all information needs to reside in the minds of your workers. If it is sufficient that the worker look up information on an on-demand basis then the need isn't knowledge transfer, the need is performance support.

Procuit's advanced Rapid Knowledge System (RKS) provided comprehensive performance support capabilities, supplementing worker knowledge with on-demand real-time access to critical information.

On-Demand Tutorials

On-demand tutorials walk workers through the steps required to complete a task. Workers may generate tutorials to instruct themselves and their replacements. They may also leverage tutorials created by any other employees.

Living Checklists

Living checklists provide a simple tool to support workers dealing with information on-demand. Workers may generate lists themselves, search for lists created by others, and print the resulting lists and instructions. The checklists document the elements or ordered steps in important tasks.

What makes the checklist "living" is the integration with the full RKS. At any point in time the knowledge transfer capabilities can be utilized to expand upon the information in the checklist and even test the workers on the information. The worker has the option to assign the material to themselves turning the checklist into personal knowledge.

Task Documentation

Task documentation may be attached directly to the checklists or tutorials to be immediately available to the worker. Task documentation describes key task elements that the worker must know to accomplish a task.

Community

All of the advanced social features of the RKS community are available to the workers in the performance support system, including profiles, chat, forums, comments, notifications, and advanced content controls.

Our system can be customized to run under any social networking system (Facebook, OpenSocial, Ning, MySpace, etc.)
