Thomas G. Meloche, President and CEO

Mr. Meloche, President and CEO, has over 25 years experience starting, building, and selling commercial software products and software companies.

Mr. Meloche has launched multiple successful start-ups, most recently Menlo Associates LLC and the Menlo family of companies. Before co-founding Menlo Mr. Meloche participated in building Arbor Intelligent Systems, Inc. selling it to AppNet, Inc. and participating in the successful IPO.

Gus J. Mondalek, Vice President and COO

Vice President, Mr. Mondalek has over 20 years experience in information technology, including first hand experience in starting, building and rapidly selling software companies, providing exit strategies for both founders and investors.

Eric Justusson, Director of Engineering

Mr. Justusson founded Web Guru, and has extensive experience designing and developing applications using web 2.0 tools and techniques. His current focus is on trends and tools for developing Internet social communities.

Rich Roberts, Director of Implementation

Mr. Roberts is a professional Project Manager with over 20 years experience in the IT, healthcare, insurance and automotive industry. He has managed all phases of software development and implementation and has coordinated major projects all over the United States. The types of projects he has managed have ranged from web based e-commerce web portals to multisystem client-server based integration efforts using methodologies such as the Rational Unified Process and Extreme Programming. He has a deep understanding of marketing, finance and accounting and also has excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. Mr. Roberts is a graduate of The University of Michigan with a B.S.A. in Marketing. He also holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Wayne State University.

William Cavnar, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Cavnar has 35 years of experience across a wide variety of software development and research areas, including document retrieval and analysis, data mining, chemical and pharmaceutical research, image processing, scientific modeling, e-commerce, financials and project management. In the course of this work, he has developed a number of innovative solutions to problems in software design, database architecture, pattern recognition, text and document retrieval and knowledge-based text processing. His particular specialty is the design of high-performance systems which are tolerant of incomplete or partially erroneous data, particularly when searching or matching databases. Mr. Cavnar is a graduate of Rice University with a B.A. in Mathematical and Computer Sciences.
